A young couple, Annie and Neil Curtis, plans to make a documentary about their way of life and set up cameras all over their home. During the recording process, the equipment captures something they did not expect - there is another version of the couple living in the house, in what appears to be a parallel dimension. The problem is that the couple's alternate version begins to act threatening, so Annie and Neil need to find a way to close the door to the other dimension as quickly as possible, only they can not even imagine how to open it
